The Department undertakes the entire range of traditional and commercial Chancery work, as well as planning and Revenue law. Several members of the Department sit as fee-paid judges and are members of the Attorney-General’s Panel of Counsel, as well as being recommended in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
