Danish Ameen represents local authorities, lay parties, and guardians in cases brought under the Children Act 1989. He also has a busy practice in proceedings for financial relief under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973.
Danish regularly appears at all levels of the Family Court, including the Family Division of the High Court and has experience in the Court of Appeal.
