18 St John Street Chambers Criminal and Regulatory Specialist Paul Treble successfully prosecutes brothers accused of the attempted murder of a teenager shot in the face.
In a brutal attack on the outskirts of Burnley the brothers isolated the young student before shooting him in the face with a shot gun. The injuries were not life threatening but in prosecuting Paul Treble and the Crown Prosecution Service secured a conviction of both men who will serve a combined sentence of 35 years.
