Inquests
Members of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department provide a highly sensitive and specialist service representing parties at inquests.
Our dedicated team typically represent the interests of bereaved families who have suffered losses through EL/PL and RTA’s as well as interested parties, representing health, police, fire and ambulance authorities.
The work undertaken relates to a number of different circumstances, from fatal accidents at work, in social settings or on the roads, to deaths resulting from medical errors, mistreatment, cases of suicide to cases of death caused in highly unusual circumstances.
We provide cost effective, sensitive and compassionate advice and advocacy, often in challenging situations.
