Daniele is currently in the second six of his specialist family financial remedy pupillage under the stewardship of his pupil supervisor Stephen Murray.
During his first six pupillage, Daniele has observed and assisted in a range of hearings and negotiations involving financial remedy upon divorce, private child arrangements, financial provision for children, non-molestation, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.
Prior to pupillage, Daniele taught undergraduate students in family and land law at Durham University, and taught students of all ages debating and public speaking skills with the English-Speaking Union, where he represented the Great Britain Debate Team in America.
Daniele worked as a paralegal at an award-winning boutique family law firm in London specialising in financial remedies, and international-recognised firms, including Herbert Smith Freehills and Clyde & Co., specialising in insurance law and pensions.
Daniele was a county court advocate representing clients at court in mortgage possessions, insolvency petitions, and contractual claims. He also worked as a construction-law and insurance-law researcher at a Chambers in London, providing updates on new case law and ensuring the law in practitioner textbooks was up to date. This commercial and company experience will be invaluable when advising clients in financial remedy claims with complex commercial structures.
