16th Dec 2024

18 St John Street is proud to announce that Victoria Roberts and Caitlin Corrigan have recently collaborated to co-author a chapter on Human Rights in the latest edition of Tolley’s Insolvency Law Service – the essential guide to insolvency law in England and Wales.

Tolley’s Insolvency Law service – published by LexisNexis – is a practical guide to corporate and personal insolvency. It provides over 60 alphabetically arranged chapters covering every aspect of the law relating to corporate and personal insolvency, from Adjustment of Prior Transactions to Voluntary Arrangements. Each chapter provides a thorough discussion of the law, cites relevant cases and puts the legal issues into a practical business context.

Victoria and Caitlin updated the latest chapter on Human Rights in Division H which was published in December 2024. The chapter covers the relationship between Human Rights and Insolvency Law to provide practical guidance to practitioners. Victoria has previously contributed to the title in 2021.
