18 St John Street’s Kane Simons and Daniel Boal are to speak at the PIBA Northern Circuit Conference for Junior Practitioners this weekend.
We are delighted that two members of our Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Costs Department are to speak at this year’s PIBA Northern Circuit Conference for Junior Practitioners.
The conference is a thought-provoking event which plays an important role in the ongoing education and professional development of junior practitioners on the Northern Circuit.
Kane also spoke at last year’s conference, where he was joined by Gemma McGungle. Topics covered last year included The Intermediate track, Fundamental Dishonesty and Part 35 Questions.
This year, Kane Simons will detail the top five personal injury cases from the last year in a Case Law update. Daniel Boal, meanwhile, will offer a beginner’s guide to Fatal Accidents. Aaron Pulford of Deans Court Chambers will discuss the finding and dismantling of fraud rings.
This free-to-attend event takes place on 8th March 2025 and is being hosted by our neighbours Deans Court Chambers on St John Street in Manchester. It is intended to appeal to practitioners of up to 10 years call, although all are welcome.
