We are glad to be starting the week off with some good news here at 18 St John Street Chambers!
18 will be proudly contributing to Child Brain Injury Trust‘s largest ever campaign currently taking place – their ‘Every child, every family’ appeal.
The Child Brain Injury Trust is the leading voluntary sector organisation providing emotional and practical support, information and learning opportunities for families and professionals affected by childhood acquired brain injury across the UK.
Their ‘Every child, every family’ appeal is aiming to raise an incredible £150,000 to provide more impacted families nationwide with a vital additional 5000 hours of support.
To help raise these important contributions for families impacted nationwide by brain damage diagnoses, our loudest and proudest Clerk at 18 – Chris Heath – will be participating in a Sponsored Silence this Friday, February 9th. The countdown is officially on!
If you know Chris, then you know what a challenge this will be – a whole working day in Chambers doing everything possible to not make one sound! But the cause is fittingly deserving, and Chris is a well established supporter of CBIT, regularly attending their annual CBIT Games and Charity Dinners.
