18 St John Street Chambers’ Megan Edwards was instructed as junior defence counsel to represent a client charged in a multi-handed homicide case, following the death of his friend who was stabbed by a ‘rival’ in self-defence.
Successful half-time submissions saw the Defendant acquitted of Manslaughter. He subsequently pleaded to Violent Disorder and was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
