Kane Simons delivered a seminar to CFG Law last week on the topic of the often misunderstood law relating to e-bikes and e-scooters.
Kane published his book, ‘A Practical Guide to the Law and Regulation of E-Bikes and E-Scooters’ last month, which aims to set out the law and regulations that govern their use in a simple and helpful manner. It considers the practical issues that might arise should an electric scooter or bike be involved in an accident, with a focus on negligence, illegality and insurance.
Kane was delighted to have been asked to provide a seminar on the topic to delegates at CFG Law’s offices in Manchester.
