Laura Broome of 18 St John Street Chambers has secured an acquittal in a ten-day kidnap, false imprisonment and robbery trial.
Laura successfully represented a defendant in the ten-day multi-handed kidnap, false imprisonment and robbery trial which concluded yesterday at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
The Crown’s case was that Laura’s 32 year old client, along with three others, travelled from Bolton to London where they robbed, kidnapped and falsely imprisoned a male over an outstanding debt.
The jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts.
