On Wednesday 13th October at 5pm The Manchester Business and Property Courts Forum are holding a Hybrid event discussing ‘The Business of Business Interruption, focusing on the following points of Insurance Concepts, Forensic Issues and Broker Negligence’ and are delighted to welcome Cockerill J, who is the Judge in charge of the commercial court and is also the supervisory Judge of the Circuit Commercial Court.
Richard Chapman QC of 18 St John Street and Richard Cameron-Williams of BDO, will join Mrs Justice Cockerill to consider the subjects of business interruption and the claims after the Supreme Court’s decision in The Financial Conduct Authority v Arch Insurance (UK) Limited and others [2021] UKSC 1.
