Siobhan Grey KC and Richard Vardon represented Suhayl Suleman, who was found Not Guilty following a four-week murder trial at Preston Crown Court this week.
The Crown had alleged that Suhayl Suleman had arranged and organised a shooting which mistakenly killed a young woman on the street in Blackburn. Mr Suleman was unanimously found Not Guilty on all charges of murder and attempted murder following a trial at Preston Crown Court.
Seven people had previously been convicted of murder and attempted murder. A co-defendant was convicted of both charges.
